Delivery Terms
The purchased product/item can be delivered only to Tbilisi, Georgia. Delivery is carried out within 10 days (Tbilisi) depending on the complexity of the order (except for force majeure circumstances).
The delivery fee is 10 GEL in Tbilisi.
The recipient receives the package hand-to-hand. The item can be handed over to any adult person present at the specified delivery address, provided they present an identity document. Delivery is carried out during the day, except in cases where a specific delivery time is indicated in the order.
The recipient is contacted one hour before the delivery. The purchased product/item is packaged with special materials to ensure safe transportation.
If the item cannot be delivered within the specified timeframe due to the recipient’s fault or other unforeseen circumstances, the courier will arrange a new delivery time or provide information about a pickup point where the recipient can collect the item. The additional delivery time should not exceed 2 (two) business days. If this period expires, the item will be sent again, subject to an additional delivery fee.
Return Policy
A product/item can be returned if:

The item does not match the order or the specifications listed on the website.

The item is defective.

The item was damaged during transportation.

The agreed delivery time was violated by the company.
According to Article 13 of the Law of Georgia on "Consumer Rights Protection," except for the exceptions provided in Article 14 of the same law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.
To request a return, the consumer must fill out a return form with the following information:

Condition of the Returned Item
The item must be in its original condition and in the same state as it was at the time of purchase (with seals, protective layers, etc.).
The external appearance of the item must not be changed or damaged.
The returned product must include all original accessories, including the box and documents (proof of purchase, warranty card—if applicable, etc.).
Upon return, an authorized company representative will conduct a visual inspection of the item. If it does not meet the criteria mentioned above, the company has the right to refuse the return.
Consumer's Obligations When Withdrawing from the Contract
A key condition for the return is that the item maintains its original commercial condition and consumer properties and includes all accessories and the original packaging.
The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if:

The company has fully provided the contractual service, the service was initiated with the consumer's prior consent, and the consumer was aware that full service delivery would result in losing the right to withdraw.

The contract states that the price of the delivered item or service depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the company cannot control and that occurred within the withdrawal period set by law.

The delivered item or service was made to the consumer’s individual order or was specifically customized for their personal needs.
