Ekaterine Totladze is a visual artist whose practice explores themes of identity, observation, and the tension between seeing and being seen. She studied at the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts . She also studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, Poland. (2023)
Totladze’s work, primarily in painting, investigates emotional and psychological landscapes. She creates visual spaces that are both intimate and unsettling — places where silence holds noise and where viewers are invited to encounter themselves in unexpected ways.
Her exhibitions include solo exhibition "White Noise" at ATINATI (2023). She has also participated in group exhibitions and international projects in Georgia and abroad, including an artist residency in Como, Italy. In 2024, she was awarded First Prize in Painting at the Golden Time Talent competition in the UK and previously received the ATINATI Student Award. For Ekaterine, art is not about giving answers but about opening questions — creating a space for reflection, ambiguity, and personal recognition.
